The Blood of Jesus Speaks

Nov 18, 2022 | Writer's Blog | 0 comments

I see words embedded in every single drop of blood pouring from our Savior as He is savagely whipped 39 times and mocked with great pleasure. His body breaks open with each strike of the whip. I see and hear words crying out from His blood as it gushes from the deep wounds inflicted. From the first assault until the final blow, the blood is speaking for all mankind. I cringe as the crowd laughs and mocks Him with great cruelty finding delight as they watch Him suffer.

I see redemptive words in every drop of blood. I hear them echoing in the heavenly realm with each drop that leaves His Body.

  • Eternal Redemption
  • Victory
  • Love
  • Forgiveness
  • Peace
  • Healing
  • Mercy
  • Grace
  • Life Everlasting

As they nail Jesus’ hands and feet to the cross, the blood continues to speak: Reversal is in process. Every accusation and account against us in the heavens is now being taken out of the way forever. As His lifeblood is drained, He hangs on the cross, becoming the curse for us. It is written, “Cursed is every man who hangs on a tree.” Our Savior and Redeemer pours Himself out—all of His Love to the very last drop. All sickness, disease, every kind of sin, rebellion, and all iniquities meet their defeat. The effects of man’s sin now has a remedy. The sinless blood of Jesus speaks for us.

I hear the voice of the blood echoing and getting louder and louder in the heavens. Darkness is being defeated. Light has come.
