Tears 1

What is the value of a woman’s tears?
How far does prayer reach?
Will it echo through time?
Through space?
Will it reach one such as you?
Will it reach the God who created you?
Time, perhaps, will answer these questions.

Yet, on your behalf, I have spent
Both prayers and tears,
Lengths of time on my knees,
Allowing my heart to be torn,
As I plead with the One
Who loves you more than I do.

Answer Him, my friend!
Do not ignore my God.
You have too much life
To lose it. To waste it.
Seek the One who is Life.
Seek the One who can complete you.
