Amber and golden, the brown and maroon
Fall of the Autumn will land here too soon
So savor the Moment
Winter is not my favorite season
Knowing it’s coming gives me a reason
To stay in the Moment
Feeling the temps are about to be cold
Commanding soul’s dread to just stay on hold
Find joy in the Moment
Looking ahead but not forward too fast
Knowing these colors, they all will not last
So stop … in the Moment
Life’s bits and pieces they move in fast pace
Though time is anxious, falling leaves don’t race
So dwell in this Moment
